Method
- Marinate Prime Rib with Olive Oil and Dry Rub seasoning. (Refrigerate at least 1 hour)
- Start fire and smoke over indirect heat at 250*F for 4 hours. (turn every hour)
- Mix sour cream, horseradish, Worcestershire, lemon juice, salt, pepper and chives in bowl. (Refrigerate)
- After Prime Rib is done, let rest for 15 minutes before cutting.
- Serve with Horseradish sauce.
