- Boo and Henry’s Memphis Pit BBQ Restaurant is opening soon in North Scottsdale.
- Serving true Memphis barbecue, Executive Pitmaster Daly Thompson brings his award-winning Southern flavors to Arizona residents.
- Daly, a 40-year executive chef, long ago left five-star dining to follow a calling back to his barbecue origins.
- The Scottsdale eatery marks Daly's fourth barbecue restaurant, this time under the Boo and Henry's label, a tribute to his mother, stepfather and Memphis roots.
- Restaurant guests will experience authentic, Memphis 'cue' that has garnered much praise over Daly's career as a barbecue restaurateur and competition champion. His previous restaurants inclduded Los Angeles-based The Pig, known for its lively atmosphere, celebrity sightings (including Elvis!), and "mighty good eatin'."
