A Texas-sized event, ZestFest attracted 10,000+ attendees, who came out to try some of the newest and hottest products in the nation. Live chef exhibitions and musical entertainment added to the lively weekend event that kicked off on September 30, held in Dallas’ Market Hall.
Rolling Out its Product Line
ZestFest marked Boo and Henry’s second product release, offering food and spice fans the opportunity to sample and purchase its complete 6-product lineup for the first time. Earlier this year at the Fiery Foods Show in Albuquerque, NM, Boo and Henry’s BBQ shared samples and sold out of its popular Rub Me Tender™ BBQ Seasoning, which has since been selling online.
Repackaging Time-Tested Products
Boo and Henry’s four barbecue sauces have been time-tested, including its Memphis in May World Champion Sweet Mustard BBQ Sauce. Previously bottled and sold in restaurants, these winning recipes have been repackaged under the Boo and Henry’s BBQ label for purchase in-store and online.
Boo and Henry’s dry rubs serve the growing demand for both barbecue and everyday seasonings for proteins and side dishes alike. Dry rubs are also integral to traditional “low-and-slow” Memphis-style barbecue cooking, which Thompson featured in his restaurants for many years. Now packaged for retail and online sale, these dry rub seasonings offer customers a variety of options for cooking and seasoning every dish.
All six products can be purchased online at booandhenrysbbq.com, where visitors can also read about the products and get recipe and cooking tips. Customers can expect variety packs to be added this holiday season, and a new high-heat mustard sauce, coming in 2023.
