This month, Boo and Henry’s BBQ rocked it at the 17th Annual ZestFest Hot Sauce and Music Festival in Dallas, TX, where it presented its full line of BBQ sauces and dry rubs. Fiery food lovers crowded the Boo and Henry’s BBQ booth to sample bold and flavorful barbecue sauces and savory rubs. Among them included its newest addition, its Burnin’ Hot Love™ BBQ Seasoning, a real hit with high-heat food fans.
“We were delighted to showcase our products to thousands of food enthusiasts,” says Executive Pitmaster Daly Thompson III. “I enjoy sharing great food with those who have such seasoned palates and are always seeking new, authentic flavors.”
A Texas-sized event, ZestFest attracted 10,000+ attendees. These food fans came out to try some of the newest and hottest products in the nation. Live chef exhibitions and musical entertainment added to the lively weekend event starting on September 30 in Dallas’ Market Hall.
Rolling Out its Product Line
ZestFest marked Boo and Henry’s second product roll out. Food and spice fans got to sample and purchase its complete 6-product lineup for the first time. Earlier this year at the Fiery Foods Show in Albuquerque, NM, Boo and Henry’s BBQ shared samples and sold out of its popular Rub Me Tender™ BBQ Seasoning.
Repackaging Time-Tested Products
Boo and Henry’s shared four time-tested barbecue sauces, including its Memphis in May World Champion Sweet Mustard BBQ Sauce. Previously bottled and sold in restaurants, these winning recipes have been repackaged under the Boo and Henry’s BBQ label for purchase in-store and online.
Boo and Henry’s BBQ rubs serve a growing demand for barbecue and everyday seasonings for proteins and side dishes alike. Dry rubs are also key to traditional “low-and-slow” Memphis-style barbecue cooking, which Thompson has featured in his restaurants for decades. Now sold in-store and online, the dry rub seasonings offer customers a variety of options for cooking and seasoning every dish.
