Top 15 Food Blogger BBQ Recipes from Instagram Contest

This February, Boo and Henry’s BBQ® held an Instagram contest in partnership with Melissa’s Produce. The contest challenged food bloggers to create inventive dishes using Boo and Henry’s BBQ sauces and seasonings and Mellissa’s fresh produce. The competition yielded 65 creative and savory recipes, demonstrating barbecue products’ versatility for meat, vegetarian, vegan and side dishes.

From deliciously seasoned and sauced potatoes and brussel sprouts to ingenious chocolate-covered pretzels with “BBQ Dust,” online food bloggers threw their chef’s hat in the ring and produced wildly creative and tasty recipes. Roasted Potato Tacos, Creamy Onion BBQ Dip, Spicy Jackfruit Sliders, BBQ Beef Dips, Marvelous Mustard Herb Sauce, BBQ Portabella Mushrooms, and BBQ Chicken and Waffles were just a few of the recipes that covered every course of the meal using Boo and Henry’s BBQ products.

It was very difficult to choose the winners – and we highly recommend you try all recipes! Melissa’s Produce and Boo and Henry’s BBQ awarded two food bloggers with imaginative recipes and great use of the products that were also easy to prepare so that anyone – chef or not – would love making it at home.
