Boo and Henry’s BBQ® successfully showcased its 2023 product lineup, including its brand-new ghost pepper-infused Carolina Red Hot Mustard Sauce—an instant crowd pleaser, at the Fiery Foods & BBQ Show in Albuquerque, NM in March. Billed as “the hottest show on earth,” the popular event attracted 14,000 “hot heads,” who came out to sample some of the newest, high-heat products on the market.

“It is a joy to share our products that are so personal to me with those who have seasoned palates and go out of their way to discover new and authentic flavors,” says Boo and Henry’s BBQ Executive Pitmaster Daly Thompson.

Boo and Henry’s BBQ 2023 product lineup includes five sauces and two dry rubs:

Just weeks before, Boo and Henry’s BBQ held a social media recipe contest in partnership with Melissa’s Produce, challenging food bloggers to create everyday non-BBQ dishes using its products and Melissa’s fresh produce. The recipes were developed for meat, fish, poultry, vegetables and even desserts. All products are gluten-free, peanut-free, and soy-free, and the dry rubs, marketed as “Everyday Seasonings” are kosher and “less salty in taste.” View Recipes >>

Re-Branding Time-Tested Products

Boo and Henry’s BBQ products are time-tested, including its Memphis in May World Champion Sweet Mustard BBQ Sauce. Previously sold in Los Angeles BBQ restaurants under a different brand name, these award-winning recipes have been re-created as a tribute brand to family for purchase in retail stores nationwide and online.
