Fresh Kale, Apple, and Walnut Salad

Ingredients
- 2 heads Rainbow Kale (small rough chop)
- 1/2 Onion (finely diced)
- 1 Granny Smith Apple (small dice)
- 1/4 cup Toasted Walnuts (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Goat Cheese (crumbled)
- 2 tbsp Boo and Henry’s BBQ “Rub Me Tender” Dry Rub Seasoning
- 5 tbsp Apple CiderVinegar
- 1/4 cup Canola Oil
Instructions
- [Note: Takes only 30 minutes to make, but allow a few hours to refrigerate to serve chilled. A great dish to make early and get out of the way.]
- Blend vinegar and oil in mixing bowl and whisk together with the dry rub seasoning.
- Toss all of the dry ingredients together and mix with Apple Cider Dressing.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.
